As part of Manufacturing Week, SVMI, will be participating in the Rocklin Mini-Maker Faire on October 6 at Sierra College. Participating SVMI members, Siemens Mobility, Tri Tool, Harris & Bruno and JL Haley, will introduce the participating 8,000 students, parents and educators to the educational programs and regional manufacturers. The SVMI booth The event is one element of the SVMI Manufacturing Week celebration of manufacturing in the Sacramento Region.

The SVMI booth will be located next to the Sierra College Gene Haas Center for Advanced Manufacturing by Design, where faculty will be offering tours of their state of the art manufacturing lab.
